Rhyl Town Hall - The coastal resort town of Rhyl is located on the North Wales coast, approximately one hours drive from Liverpool and Manchester. Find directions to Rhyl from your location on Multimap. Directions - by rail: Rhyl has a main-line station situated a few hundred yards from the Town hall. Directions - by road: Rhyl is located within four miles of the A55 expressway, the main North Wales trunk road. Take junction 27 off the A55 then follow the signs for Rhyl.

Rhyl is a seaside town located on the Irish Sea, in the administrative county of Denbighshire and the traditional county of Flintshire, at the mouth of the River Clwyd. Once an elegant victorian resort, there was a large influx of people from Liverpool and Manchester afterWorld War II. This had a huge impact on the town and surrounding area, affecting local culture and diminishing the prevalence of the Welsh language. Today the spirit of childhood is very much alive in Rhyl! The Town Hall is situated centrally, making it easily accessible.
