As a recovering alcoholic, I sought answers to many of the questions outlined above. For many years I was faced with the disconcerting proposition that life was void of meaning. Then, in the summer of 1996, a succession of powerful psychic experiences initiated an alchemical process that brought about radical change. During this period, my physical senses became subservient to my subtle senses and I found myself coalescing with another level of consciousness. As my awareness entered this fourth dimension of existence, I awakened to the fact that the space around me was imbued with intelligence. Within this so called nothingness existed many levels of experience. Subsequently, my life's purpose became apparent.. In preparation to teach and heal, I studied and practiced: psychology, spiritual healing techniques, clinical hypnotherapy, and psychodynamic counselling. For the past few years I have been facilitating holistic development workshops throughout the country.
Through developing my own personal psyche (the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of myself), I have come to realise that the part of myself I call ‘I’ is a mere appendage of something far greater. To quote a channelled message:
We are all unique cells within one unified body, inimitable waves in the same ocean. Each of us has a singular purpose and that purpose is designed to serve the whole.
