Set in the beautiful pine woods near to Formby point, the retreat centre is idyllic: an oasis of peace. An ambience of utter tranquility pervades the area, stimulating the desire for reflection and contemplation. The sea is within walking distance and the surroundings are rich with bird and animal life. Within the grounds are gardens and ponds that lend themselves beautifully to the stunning countryside.

For those attending residential courses there are eighteen comfortable and well-appointed rooms; fifteen singles and three twins.

Workshops and courses are held in one of the sprawling lounges / conference suites (see picture left for an example).

Tea and coffee facilities are available all day long in the kitchen/diner, or the upstairs brew bar.
