Paul is the founder member of the School of Holistic Development (SHD). He developed a deep interest in subtle anatomy and holistic practices after his natural psychic abilities were re-awakened in 1996. Since that period he has acted as a sensitive, channelling wisdom, inspiration, and healing energies from a higher level of consciousness. After his experiences in 1996, Paul decided to change direction and dedicate his time to personal development. During the course of  his own growth, he has graduated from one of the country's leading Channelling schools, reahced Reiki Master / Teacher status, qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist and undergone extensive training in psychodynamic counselling / psychotherapy.. A profound interest in psychology led to him studying Child Development and Social Psychology during the course of his degree. The school was first founded in 2004, however, due to a heavy work schedule, the courses had to be postoned for a while. During this period, Paul completed his novel Whispers in the Dark: The Awakening which is now available for purchase. With the event of the book, the school is moving into an exciting new era. Commencing 2007, many courses and workshops have been planned; it is Paul's dearest wish that you will join him. ‘I realised that the trials and tribulations I had encountered during a ten year traumatic period of my life had been orchestrated for my higher purpose. The knowledge and wisdom I acquired through dissolving my own emotional debris became my wealth. Personal experience has enabled me to understand and empathize with other human beings who seek clarity; my aim is to assist them in their quest for meaning and direction. My abilities as a sensitive and my ever expanding insight into the personal and transpersonal aspects of existence, have enabled me to view life from a much higher perspective, allowing me to fully accept that everything I have experienced, framed in the correct manner, has been for my highest good. I have emerged from my own personal wilderness and found the path that leads to home; it is my heart’s desire to assist others to find theirs.’
